BEWARE!!! I recently ordered a Trike Rack from BlueBlaze-usa back in June 2009. 3 weeks had gone by and was told by Mike that it was at the powder coaters and would ship it within a week. Then i received a email 2 weeks later stating he could not finish building my rack and that he would issue me a refund. Well, its been close to 2 months now and have had no word from Mike Pert or a refund check in the mail. So, like I said, BEWARE!!!

My family loves your shop and has bought several accessories from you! You were very helpful and knowledgeable. We are planing to stop in today to buy a kickstand for my son's bike as a reward for learning to ride without training wheels. Your website looks nice and has a lot of information but I cannot seem to find a contact page or other area containing your address, phone number, email form, and a listing of your business hours. It would be very helpful to include on your site.
